How fast can Levio work on my application?
The Levio team will process your application within 24 hours after receiving all required supporting documents and will follow up with the lender for updates. Final approval depends on the lender's turnaround time. We work efficiently from day one to avoid unnecessary delays and rework, ensuring a smooth process for both the lender and our clients.
Is refinancing worth it?
Our loan specialists quickly assess whether staying with your current mortgage is more beneficial, considering any switching fees, or if refinancing could help you save money and meet your goals. We prioritize long-term sustainability over short-term solutions.
Can I borrow money with overseas income?
Yes, expatriate borrowers are considered, and the shading of income varies from 0% to 50% depending on the lender's policy.
If I am eligible for the First Home Owner Grant, Family Home Guarantee, or First Home Guarantee, how does it work when applying for a mortgage?
If you choose to apply for the FHOG or need a guarantee to avoid LMI, the Grant and Guarantee can be applied through participating lenders. We will guide you through the paperwork and submit it with the rest of your supporting documents to the lender for processing.
